It also does a better job with mitigating sound travel through walls. You give up some R-value per inch but for the right application it delivers excellent air sealing at a lower price point.
Crawl Space Encapsulation
Open crawl spaces pull humid air in year-round which leads to mold and rotting framing. We seal the walls and shut the moisture out. It's one of the higher impact jobs we do and homeowners usually notice the difference within days.
